Commissions

Some of the most meaningful paintings are those that tell a personal story.

I am delighted to accept commissions of much-loved pets, family homes, favourite places and special landscapes, all created in my own soft, contemporary style.

Commissions are usually painted from your own photographs. A single photograph can sometimes be enough, but where possible I prefer to see several images of the same subject. Different angles, lighting and details help me capture not just how something looks, but the feeling and character that make it special.

If you’re unsure whether your photographs are suitable, simply send them to me. I’ll be happy to look through them and let you know whether I feel they would make a successful painting. There is no obligation.

Every commission is individually created rather than copied exactly from a photograph. My aim is to produce a piece of artwork that captures the essence and emotion of your subject while remaining true to my own artistic style.

Whether it’s a much-loved cat,dog waiting by the front door, the house where generations of your family gathered, or a favourite view that holds precious memories, I would be honoured to create something unique for you.
